Engineers, not headcount

Quoll Data designs, builds, and optimizes the platforms companies run their decisions on. Most consultancies sell you people by the month. We would rather sell you a platform your own team can operate — and then get out of the way.

Our engineers spent their careers inside logistics, telecom, banking, education, and government data teams, on the operator's side of the platform rather than the vendor's. That is the perspective we bring: what actually breaks at three in the morning, what a cloud bill really looks like two years in, and which best practices survive contact with a real backlog.

We hand over, we do not hold on

Every engagement ends with your team owning what we built: documented, tested, and running without us. If you still need us permanently, we designed it wrong.
We measure, we do not assert

Before-and-after numbers on cost, latency, and quality, using baselines captured before we touch anything. "It feels faster" is not a deliverable.
We start where it hurts

The first engagement is small and usually self-funding — often a cost and performance audit that pays for itself — so you can judge us on results before committing to anything larger.
